Teacher's day

A great day in school. To start off with, GeokTheng, Kimberly, Trudie and I went outside library to chat.

Then during recess, went back class to realise that we can't and went to the 3rd floor to write a reflection. Everyone was helping Kim to think. LOL.

Went back to class to start treasure hunt and grouped with Trudie, RueyShien, Firdaus, Sufyan and Syed. The clues were vague but we managed to cling the first place out of the four groups.

Had some 'balloon fun' and started with musical chairs which was so messed up due to the laggy player.

Concert was ok, and crapped a lot with Trudie. And we laughed at..... Hahaha!

Lunched with Kim and GeokTheng at Breek's Cafe and started some 'storytelling'.

I am currently reminding myself to bring txy present on monday!!! coz i also want my present on 22nd sept!!!! WooHoo! Hope i DO remember.

Homework piled up, and i planned to do only Maths. And study for ss and amaths.

Tmr will be tiring, i guess, with all the works, and the whole stretch of emaths question.

Well, MJ is starring on TV now, but i am not hooked... Coz i watched it in youtube abt his dances already...

Yesterday bought the post-stick i wanted. It is from gift a name, and meant for teacher's day, but i am not giving it away.

I amwondering how i would spent my day on monday..

Watching MJ videos again by Miss Tang?? Or watching funny acts done up?

Chi Oral

Chinese Oral was the best of the day. I spoke too much, like abouyt 20 to 30 minutes... MDM SOH rocks. But I seriously had a bigbig portion still left unsaid.. But cant blame me, mdm soh was too rstless when it was my turn, and I spoke too loud, i guess, that 2 classes could hear.. Awwww! so sad, hope that your teacherscan't hear you all so i will top!! hahaha, jus kidding. Alright, I will scold mdm soh whenever i have the time for not letting me complete the whole thing (but may have took up an hour!)

Waking up early in the morning to help Mr Soong in administrative work which took 1 hr 30 mins.

English was FUN!! Temperature taking took up abt 15 mins, and drag (assembly) till 8.30. Woohoo!

Mrs Lim came in but went out to settle her class matters. SO NO ENGLISH AT ALL! too bad jasmin werent here today to enjoy it..

The 3 sciences i had today was ok, not bad buut also not good:D.

Drug talk

The drug talk today was kinda interesting as we could know the different types of drugs and the uses.

Biology was three-quartered till to the extension in assembly and recess.

Social studies was ok, just that i was so tired.

Chinese was cool, as we went to the computer lab but with no chinese fonts. Msned and imitated how a dog barks.

Lunch was alright

Amaths was good! I understood binomials! Woots!

Stayed back in school planning to do some work but was quite distracted. Waited for guowei jiamin and voonjin.

After school, was accompanying guowei find Mr See while i went for a pretty short 'chemistry extra lesson'.. Alright to be clear overe here, i did ok for my chemistry so i was just being extra disturbing Miss HO!

Went get some food outside and went back to school to go admiralty with vj and jm and gw,

Slacked at Mac,

Went to cwp with VJ, to find out that METRO"S FOUNDER HAS PASSED AWAY!

Metro was closed for 3 days in due respect to him..

Saw VoonJin new set of bedroom sets in courts and we went in search for some psp games..

Went home, with vj taking the long way with me. Reached home pretty late today.,

And to voonjin:
You dun have to sympathise a dog. It isn't worth it in any sense!

Alright, I am real emo today coz something happened which will not be shared. So i emo-ed the whole recess.

Lessons was boring and RueyShien had a fever! Rest well!~

And i am really impressed that Mr lim did not scold us today.


Well, I jus feel that I am going ***** soon... So i will really be attentive in class from now on. LIfe is really short. We must treasure it.

English.

The problem with why teenagers fail to muster English seems clear to me now.

Firstly, when teenagers write a composition, they often missed out details and expect teachers to get the picture clear themselves.

Secondly, when teenagers speak, they do not bring across the message well to others.

For example,

When teenagers say they will FAIL their exams, there are 2 meanings underlying it.

One of which is they will NOT PASS their exams while the other is ‘I FAILED to hit my target,’

Among friends, we may often use the word ‘fail’.

However, they felt that their friends would clarify with them the meaning. Such minor mistakes made in everyday lives lead to the ‘desecrating English situation’ amongst us.

People may get the different meaning, but when we asked them, their responses would be, “you should have clarified and not make assumptions.”, which is meaning to say, halfway through marking a composition script, the teachers would have to look for you to clarify?

To all: When getting a point over, we had to be specific enough for the audience, not the audience having to interpret the meaning or ask the speaker it.

Events of the day

Alright, I am going to post today in standard English due to the upcoming oral!

Today wasn’t my day… In the morning met up with clique for breakfast and a mini biology ‘meeting’. When in class, I realized that a lot of people did not know of the Biology test, and I seriously wonder how they are going to pass.

In mother tongue lessons, I felt very tired and was deep in a slight headache, and it wasn’t really comfortable. I wasn’t high today and Mr Fan told me to sit properly when I was seated at the correct angle. Is he trying to be funny and sour my mood? And when things were better and I was doing some little chats with Ruihong and Evi, he had to interrupt with all those MORALES he had. And it really dampened my moods to know that I scored lousily for Emaths.

Well, for lunch, I made a great move and avoided seating with them for some reasons:
• Firstly, there is a dog there.
• Secondly, I don’t want to get laughed at or whatever.
• Thirdly, I don’t want to be shot down by some sarcastic remarks saying they will fail when they aced it.

English was fun, with all the little secrets Jasmin and I shared, and due to the faulty projector system, Mrs Lim took a good half an hour to get it ‘half’ ready, but it was good enough to start a presentation.

Biology test was manageable.

Went to Mos Burger for a tea session with GuoJian and YiWen, but the feeling wasn’t the same as compared to having VoonJin for a tea.

Moral that I learnt today:

Don’t ever say that you will fail when you knew that you will aced like whatever sort of shit. Don’t think that this is humble, this is just sarcasm and arrogance.

And today while going out, i just had a thought, feeling that we people go through our lives shortly.

As u can see, we ppl take 1 month lightly, and in a blink of eyes, all of us are so old. a few months back, u may find urself to be amidst the playful gang, but now, u turned out to be so mature. Time trinkles away real fast, and in a blink of eye, u may find urself in the coffin or whatsoever. Time is really precious. I hope we would cherish our time, with loved ones, or friends, coz u may never predict the next moment on what will happen.

CRYING
-Some ppl sob and cry. Sadness wells up inside them and pours out.
-Some ppl scream and wail. Maybe it helps them to let out their tension.
-Some ppl just stay silent, sometimes crying by themselves, sometimes not. Just because ppl are quiet and don't talk doesn't mean that they aren't hurting. firstly i wanna forget that.. it hurts lor, seriously. i also dunnoe why things mus become liddis.

Started with the marching, and the talkings. Band did not blow well though (no one sang)

Second activity was the dough design, I fooled ard with the leftovers dough given to my group (which was quite a lot)and mixed it into an unglamorous design used for the hair and the eyes. Then listened to musics and photoshots.

Third activity was community singing, and well, i couldnt believe i actually sang it for the past 3 yrs since i stepped out of pri 6.

There was guzheng, but family affairs. a letter was given to mdm you.

After the family affair, met out with gj, sy, jess, gw, vj, sam, xy, jm, to makan and walkwalk.

Saw mr dog.

Jessica was being censored there and the jokes with a lot of adds on by us was real damn funny. I laughed until headache.

It was a realreal fun but tiring day.

P/S: Dun spread the rumours lurhh.

Being calm in this challenging society, ans i wouldn.t want tomorrow to come.

Being nice changes everything, but some facts on dogs just don't change.

Dog barks. Cat meows. A dog don't and will never meows while a cat will never barks.

I ain't going to CCA tomorrow, with a valid letter of excuse.

Moral of the day: People interact with one another differently, we can't change the way but to accept them. But when dogs interact with humans, say "Woof!"

Anyway, english test was simple.

Amaths with 15 mins of crapping, was blamed on us. Mr Lim's style.

Yea, and ppl out there listen up. I have been exposed to this 'new rule' on humans:

Attached girls shouldn't have male friends. (works vice versa)

Male talking with attached would be deemed as not very automatic.

When people backstabs you, it came the other way and you are blamed for the backstabbing.

Don't dream that you can fit in when you are from other class, as you will never be and no one will trust Tom Dick and Harry from other classes.

So people, best way to avoid everything is to Wakeup, Avoid, Shutup and Be blamed. (W.A.S.B law)

And when people ask you do something and you are scared to violate the laws, Don't care, Don't know, Don't bother. (the 3 Dont's)

Dog barks a lot nowadays. And well, the master sided them like always.
